Employment Discrimination

The attorneys at Davis & Campbell regularly counsel employers to ensure that their policies, practices and decisions comply with federal, state and local discrimination laws. We regularly represent employers in investigations conducted by government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR).
