Roy is a founding member of the firm, splitting time between our Chicago and Peoria offices. His practice focuses on management-side labor and employment law. In addition to advising clients, he frequently litigates in federal court and before various government agencies.
In the labor and employment area, Roy is known for his advocacy on behalf of employers. With over 40 years of experience in the field, he has a broad background of legal knowledge. He also is known for the practical approach he brings to problem solving.
Guiding the firm since its launch, Roy is active in firm management, client development, and training younger attorneys.
