Bill is a founding member of the firm, concentrating his practice in the areas of corporate, taxation, and employee benefits law. He has a broad range of transactional experience, representing both individuals and a wide variety of businesses. He also counsels clients in dispute resolution matters involving the Internal Revenue Service and other regulatory agencies.
Bill has extensive experience in designing, drafting, and implementing all types of qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. This includes not only traditional deferred compensation plans, but also stock-based incentive compensation and other types of executive compensation plans. He has assisted clients in establishing hundreds of qualified retirement plans, including employee stock ownership plans and all types of pension, profit sharing, stock bonus, and 401(k) plans. Bill counsels employers ranging in size from small, closely held businesses to publicly traded companies with thousands of employees.
In addition to being a member of the Pennsylvania and Illinois bars, Bill is also a former certified public accountant.

Bill Campbell is presenting at the ESOP Association’s 5th Annual Midwest Regional Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
