Keith is a founding member of the firm, focusing his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. Keith concentrates on representing management in traditional labor relations matters (including collective bargaining, practice before the federal and state Labor Boards, and arbitration), defending EEOC and state discrimination charges, and litigating discrimination claims and other employment-related defense matters in state and federal courts.
Keith also works with clients on developing employment policies and practices, and provides day-to-day counsel regarding the innumerable employment situations which arise and require legal analysis and advice.
