Tarryn Gardner

Though Tarryn is active in several of the Firm’s practice areas, her primary areas of focus are representing employers in labor and employment matters, as well as representing municipalities across the broad spectrum of their legal needs.

Prior to joining Davis & Campbell, Tarryn was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois, where she represented numerous state agencies in federal court, circuit court, and various administrative forums, including the Civil Service Commission and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. During law school, Tarryn worked as a Legal Intern for the Office of General Counsel at Northern Illinois University, primarily managing collection activities for the Bursar’s Office. In addition, Tarryn served as a Legal Intern for the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
