Keith Braskich, David Lubben, and Abby Clark obtained a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in Peoria County Circuit Court for a large national brokerage firm. Stopping a team of former employees who had resigned abruptly and started working for a competing firm, Davis & Campbell successfully enforced non-solicitation provisions against the former employees, also leading to a successful result for the client in a subsequent FINRA arbitration.
