We assist clients with federal and state OSHA compliance and other workplace safety laws through the review of safety policies and procedures, the development of compliance strategies, on-site reviews, training managers and supervisors and regularly monitoring OSHA legal developments and agency directives. We also have experience advising clients during on-site inspections and defending employers against enforcement actions before the Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission.
