David Lubben and Derek Schryer presented “Promoting and Evaluating Employee Productivity” for the AAIM Employer’s Association. Topics included training managers to write fair and defensible evaluations, the importance of candor and consistency in reviewing performance, legal restrictions (including GINA, HIPAA, and Illinois law), and employee wellness programs.
