Keith is a founding member of the firm, focusing his practice in the areas of labor and employment law. Keith concentrates on representing management in traditional labor relations matters (including collective bargaining, practice before the federal and state Labor Boards, and arbitration), defending EEOC and state discrimination charges, and litigating discrimination claims and other employment-related defense matters in state and federal courts.
Keith also works with clients on developing employment policies and practices, and provides day-to-day counsel regarding the innumerable employment situations which arise and require legal analysis and advice.

Keith Braskich presented “The Rights & Obligations of Non-Union & Unionized Employers Under Labor Laws” for the AAIM Employer’s Association. Topics included managing employee communications in cyberspace, balancing protected employee speech and workplace conduct, guarding against discrimination for protected activities, and remaining union free/protecting unrepresented employees in the workplace.

Keith Braskich and David Lubben obtained summary judgment for a client in a federal district court case, where a male employee alleged that he had been sexually harassed by other male employees.
Keith Braskich, David Lubben, and Abby Clark obtained a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in Peoria County Circuit Court for a large national brokerage firm. Stopping a team of former employees who had resigned abruptly and started working for a competing firm, Davis & Campbell successfully enforced non-solicitation provisions against the former employees, also leading to a successful result for the client in a subsequent FINRA arbitration.
